Thank you for shopping Bumpy Magoo! We want your Bumpy gear to arrive safely and make the shipping process as simple as possible.

Where We Ship

Bumpy Magoo LLC currently ships merchandise to addresses within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We may expand our shipping areas in the future.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated according to the following rates:

Standard Shipping — $8.00

FREE Standard Shipping — Orders of $70 or more

Express Shipping — $15.00

Free shipping eligibility is based on the merchandise subtotal after applicable discounts and before taxes and shipping charges.

Available shipping options will be displayed during checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible.

Please allow approximately 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Business days do not include weekends or major U.S. holidays.

During holidays, special promotions, new product releases, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation at the email address provided with your order. Tracking information will be included when available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method, destination, carrier, weather, and other circumstances.

Shipping and delivery dates provided at checkout or by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Express shipping provides an expedited shipping method but does not eliminate Bumpy Magoo's normal order-processing time unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at bumpy@bumpymagoo.com. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address if the order has not yet shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.

Bumpy Magoo LLC is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or misdelivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, service interruptions, or other unforeseen events.

If your tracking information shows unusual delays or you believe your package may be lost, please contact us at bumpy@bumpymagoo.com and we will help you determine the appropriate next steps.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and with the shipping carrier. You may also contact us for assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your merchandise when it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at bumpy@bumpymagoo.com.

Please include your order number and, when possible, photos of the merchandise and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damaged, defective, and incorrect merchandise is also subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns and Exchanges

Shipping associated with returns and exchanges is handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns or exchanges due to size, fit, preference, or change of mind.

If an eligible return is required because Bumpy Magoo sent an incorrect item or the merchandise arrived damaged or defective, Bumpy Magoo will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
