Bumpy Magoo merchandise and apparel are separate from the vehicle transportation services offered by Bumpy Magoo LLC unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shopify's name, logos, product names, and trademarks belong to Shopify or its applicable licensors.

Other trademarks appearing on the Services belong to their respective owners.

Bumpy Magoo LLC is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the ecommerce Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make through our Store are made directly with Bumpy Magoo LLC.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Bumpy Magoo LLC, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT MODIFY OR REPLACE ANY LIABILITY TERMS CONTAINED IN A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT GOVERNING VEHICLE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES.

Any separate vehicle-transportation agreement may establish additional or different dispute-resolution terms for transportation services.

Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
